Double proving - easy to digest
The "tastiness" of our pizzas is dependent on the quality of our raw ingredients, the proving of the dough and the baking method adopted.
Made using 100% Italian wheat flours, a blend of Type 2 flour and type "0" soft wheat flour, it is free from preservatives, animal fats and/or additives.

We use only Extra Virgin Olive Oil, in order to assure best traditional taste. No animal fat is used, then products are Vegan.

Gourmet bases for pizza and focaccia

Several products, and different solutions in terms of sizes and weights. All of them with special air holes thanks to double proving.

Pizza Bases are shorter and less cooked, ideal for topping.

Focaccia Bases are taller and more cooked, ideal for filling.
